Executive Summary:

RRN under the leadership of CARE Nepal joined hands together among the consortium agencies with DFID for emergency pre-positioning stockpiling under the Nepal Emergency Response and Recovery Framework (NERF). The purpose of this framework is to ensure immediate response to medium-scale emergencies in Nepal with high-quality results including value for money and timely delivery. The preposition of emergency stocks in different locations is crucial for immediate response to the crisis. The collaborative response is important for an effective response.
