Following are the key basic guideline and code of conduct prescribed for all the RRN members, staff, and program levels:
1. RRN is committed to promote the basic needs of citizens; to improve life style, poverty eradication and self-reliance.
2. RRN respects dignity, culture, religion and customs of the citizens.
3. RRN members and staff are not allowed to represent or support any political parties.
4. Publishing, broadcasting, or disseminating election-related advertisements relating to the candidate or political party on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc., is prohibited.
5. Inviting political leaders or people related to elections to any program organized by RRN until the day of the election is banned.
6. RRN staff are not allowed to publish or air any news or notice that propagates the campaigning of any candidates or political parties.
7. RRN does not tolerate any activities related to the election in the office.
8. Using vehicles, office areas, and properties of RRN for the activities of any political parties, candidates, or election is not allowed.
9. We plead for the concerned authorities and stakeholders to obey and respect the national and international humanitarian principles and human rights laws.
10. All the staff of RRN is requested to respect different ethnicities, communities, sexes, religions, languages, regions, and cultures without being a part of the riot, quarrels, and election-related disputes.
11. As human rights and development organization, all the staff of RRN are requested to observe the election in an unbiased, impartial, and credible manner.
12. All RRN staff shall receive two days' leave for voting (29th and 30th of Baisakh, 2079).
