In the context of damages caused by recent natural calamities like flood and landslide across the country, RRN having long experience in rescue and relief related activities has a programme to provide the victims of flood and landslides with relief materials in the affected areas. Therefore, the capable and interested suppliers are requested to send their sealed quotations for the relief materials mentioned hereunder to the under mentioned address within 7 days of publish of this notice.

Procedures and Conditions:

1. Bidders should be registered firm or company.
   
2. Bidders should have been registered in PAN and VAT.
   
3. The ordered materials must be supplied to the desired destination and within the stipulated time as stated on the purchase order.
   
4. In case the price may differ for Biratnagar, Chitwan and Nepalgunj the bidder must submit separate rates for each place.
   
5. Rates must be written both in number and words and should not be tempered with.
   
6. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reasons Whatsoever.
   
7. The Bid Form may be downloaded from RRN's website www.rrn.org.np or bidders may submit quotations in the above given format.
   
8. No bids will be accepted directly at RRN's Office.

सिलबन्दी कोटेशन आह्वान

हालै देशको विभिन्न भागमा आएको बाढी, पहिरो लगायत सम्भावित प्राकृतिक प्रकोप पिडीतहरुको सहायतार्थ तल उल्लेखित स्पेसिफिकेशन अनुसारको राहत सामग्रीहरु तत्काल आपूर्ति गर्नु पर्ने भएकोले इच्छुक आपूर्तिकर्ताले तल उल्लेखित सर्तहरुको अधीनमा रही यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको ७ दिन भित्र तलको ठेगानामा आई पुग्ने गरी सिलवन्दी दरभाउ पत्र (कोटेशन) पेश गर्न हुन आह्वान गरिन्छ ।

प्रकृया तथा शर्तहरु
१. आपूर्तिकर्ता रजिस्टर्ड र्फम वा कम्पनी हुनुपर्नेछ ।
२  यसमा आह्वान गरिएका सामाग्रीहरु विराटनगर, चितवन तथा  नेपालगंजमा  दिने दर रेट फरक भए प्रत्येक ठाउँको दर रेट पेश गर्नु पर्नेछ र जुनसुकै स्थानमा पनि माग गरिएको समयमा सामाग्रीहरु उपलब्ध गराउनु पर्नेछ ।
३. स्थाई लेखा नम्बर (PAN) भएको तथा VAT भएको हुनु पर्नेछ ।
४. प्रत्येक सामाग्रीको एकाई मूल्य अंक तथा अक्षर दूबैमा स्पष्ट संग लेखेको हुनुपर्नेछ। अंक र अक्षरमा लेखेको फरक पर्न गए अक्षरमा लेखेकोलाई मान्यता   
    दिइने छ ।
४. प्राप्त कोटेशन बिना कुनै कारण खुलाई स्वीकृत वा अस्वीकृत गर्ने सम्पूर्ण अधिकार संस्थामा निहित रहने छ ।
५। कोटेशन फारम संस्थाको वेव र्साईट www.rrn.org.np  बाट डाउनलोड गरी print out  निकाल्न सकिने छ अथवा उपरोक्त बमोजिमको खाकामा  
   आपूर्तिकर्ता आफैले बनाउन सक्नेछन् । 
६। कुनै पनि कोटेशन संस्थाको कार्यालयमा सीधै बुझिने छैन ।
