A capacity building training on humanitarian response was organized in RRN Central Office on 4th of May 2018. The training aimed to increase the knowledge in humanitarian response as civil society actor. The one-day training covered various facets of humanitarian response, such as humanitarian principles, sphere standards, core standards and core humanitarian standards, Red Cross code of conduct, and Nepal’s institutional response framework etc.

The training was facilitated by Mr Dayaram Pokharel, a DRR practitioner where all the staff members at RRN Central Office were the active participants. The training was one of the activities of the Flood Response Project implemented by RRN with the funding support from Muslim Aid UK.
