The General Assembly

The General Assembly (GA) of RRN is the highest governing structure. The GA meets annually and provides policy directions and guidelines, reviews and approves programmes and plans, and ensures that RRN is operating within the overall policy framework towards its organisational vision, mission and objectives.

The Executive Committee (ExCom)

The RRN’s Executive Committee (ExCom), under the General Assembly is the organisational governing body. The ExCom ensures effective and efficient implementation of policy direction and guidance within the overall policy framework defined by the GA. The ExCom also reviews overall progress and plans and budgets annually, and adjusts the RRN’s organisational structure in commensurate to annual plan and programmes. The ExCom commissions missions for reviews and evaluations of overall as well as specific programmes and operations of RRN whenever such exercises are deemed necessary. The ExCom arranges for annual audit of RRN’s financial transactions. The ExCom also manages the human resources necessary for the smooth operation of projects and programmes. The ExCom members are elected at an interval of three years from among the members of the organisation during General Assembly.
