The General Assembly
The General Assembly
(GA) of RRN is the highest governing structure. The GA meets
annually and provides policy directions and guidelines, reviews
and approves programmes and plans, and ensures that RRN is
operating within the overall policy framework towards its
organisational vision, mission and objectives.
The Executive
Committee (ExCom)
The RRNs Executive
Committee (ExCom), under the General Assembly is the organisational
governing body. The ExCom ensures effective and efficient
implementation of policy direction and guidance within the
overall policy framework defined by the GA. The ExCom also
reviews overall progress and plans and budgets annually, and
adjusts the RRNs organisational structure in commensurate
to annual plan and programmes. The ExCom commissions missions
for reviews and evaluations of overall as well as specific
programmes and operations of RRN whenever such exercises are
deemed necessary. The ExCom arranges for annual audit of RRNs
financial transactions. The ExCom also manages the human resources
necessary for the smooth operation of projects and programmes.
